• Dinner Sponsor – $500.00
  Sponsor this dinner - we will recognize you at the event and on event notices. You will have 5 minutes to introduce your company at the dinner and have your own VIP table. Four guests can attend with your sponsorship.
• Member Ticket – $45.00
  Are you a CMAA member? This ticket is for you? Join us for $45 -- this covers dinner and one drink ticket.
• Member Ticket - Late Registration – $55.00
  Yes, I know you are a member -- but we have to do special work with the caterer if you register late. So, that is why the cost goes up. Pay $55 and join us for dinner and we will give you one drink ticket as well!
• Non-Member Ticket – $55.00
  We heard you and lowered the price for dinner -- if you are a non-member, the cost has gone down to $55 -- this includes dinner and one drink ticket. Get yours today!
• Non-Member Ticket - Late Registration – $65.00
