Lean Construction training occurs in dynamic group learning environments where practitioners learn how to build teams and simulate real world industry & production challenges. In 2020 when COVID impacted the entire world, Dr. Rybkowski formed a worldwide consortium of academics and experienced Lean practitioners to develop web-based tools for Lean training and simulation. In a year’s time the consortium’s members from 40 universities worldwide have developed more than 20 new online Lean simulations, enabling organizations to continue enhancing productivity; adding value; driving out waste.
